and the music video on it. But after the what I used from the video is
gone, this story will be pretty much mine. The video belongs to

------------------------------------------------------------------------
As the sun cast is last rays on the island of Tinnar Tia Reel, a
teen-aged girl and an older woman were walking in the courtyard of a
castle. The palm trees planted there, provided shade. The younger one
was dressed in a pink dress and was carrying a large key. The older one
was dressed in flowing blue robes and was wearing a circlet of gold on
her head.
"Mom, do you think that that storm will bother us in any way?"
Her mother smiled and shook her head, "No, Estelle. I have no concerns
about the storm. According to our sages, it will pass our southern
shore and dissipate harmlessly."
"That's a relief. See you in the morning, Mom."
Her mother nodded and said, "Don't forget to put your key where it
belongs, before you go to bed."
Rolling her eyes, Estelle replied, "If the storm isn't a concern, why
should I?"
"That isn't it. Please, Estelle. Just do it. It isn't that big a
request."
Sighing, the teen-ager nodded and walked into the castle and headed up
to her room. Once she was in her room, she held up the key and looked
at it. Frowning a bit, she gripped the bottom of the key and angled her
hands around back. Using her fingers, she found the hole in the center
of her back and guided the key into place. The key clicked home and
Estelle shrugged a bit.
"I don't see why I have to have my key in while I'm asleep. Naia
always puts it in, before she wakes me up."
Shaking her head, the clockwork girl kneeled next to a meter tall
pillow propped up against the wall and placed her head against it. She
closed her eyes as she felt her spring finish winding down.
Outside, Estelle's mother was about to head for bed also. She was
stopped by one of her guards.
"Your Majesty. Sage Gallium requests an audience with you. He says
it's urgent. He almost wound himself down getting here."
"I'm coming. Gallium isn't one to do something like that, unless it is
very important."
The Queen accompanied her guardsman to the throne room. There she
waved her hand and dispensed with the formalities. She looked at an
old, thin man wearing a white lab coat and noticed that his key was
almost fully wound down.
"Speak freely, Sage Gallium."
Bowing, the bald headed sage, said "My Queen, the storm has changed
course. It is heading this way and it has formed a giant tidal wave.
In an hour, Tinar Tia Reel will be washed away."
The Queen sat down on the edge of her throne in shock. "Are you
certain?"
Sage Gallium was about to say something when his key stopped.
Not wasting time to wind up the sage, the regent of the island sarted
issuing orders to her guardsmen.
"Get as many people to the boats as possible. Take him with you as
well. I'm going to see if we can't get the Undines to help divert the
storm."
"Yes, your Majesty," The guards replied.
One of the larger guards picked up the wound down sage and carried him
away. The other royal guards headed down to the villiage and started
organizing a retreat from the island.
----
Certain that her guards could handle the job she ste thme to do, the
Queen went to the beach where the tidal wave was going to hit and called
out.
"By ocean, sea, river, or lake, Undines come for friendships sake."
The nearby water started to foam as soon as the Queen finished her
verse. An unclad woman, no more than thirty centimeters tall, appeared
out of the foam and hovered a few feet above it.
"Why do you call us, your Majesty?"
"Can you divert the incomming tidal wave, so that my people can be
spared?"
The tiny woman frowned and replied, "We can try."
"Thank you. I'm heading back to rejoin my people. We'll be in boats
trying to ride out the storm."
"Understood."
The Queen ran back to the village, careful not to wind herself down and
found her subjects moving towards the boats. She allowed one of her
guards to wind her back up as she took command of the situation. With
her guidance all of her people were able to make it onto the boats
before the tidal wave struck. Even though the Undines did their best,
it was far to strong for them to slow down or divert. The water wall
slammed into Tinar Tia Reel with incredbile force and swamped the boats
on the other side of the island as well. Despite being well designed
for most kinds of weather, the boats were not capable of taking the full
force of the giant tidal wave. Since the residents of Tinar Tia Reel
were usally heavier than normal humans, all of them sunk to the bottom
of the sea, save one. During the confusion, no one bothered to wake
Princess Estelle. When the wave hit the castle, her lighter body and
the pillow she was on allowed her to be carried along by the wave
instead of being dropped to the ocean floor. Wound down, Estelle was
unaware that she was now the only survivor of her race.
