I always thought Ranma and Ryoga went to the same middle school (Years 9
and10). The whole China episode would have happened in the last six months

of

this before Ranma arriving at the Tendos at the right age for high school.
Junior
school would then be Years 7 and 8, allowing for Ryoga to attend a mixed
school.

Ranma: Huh?

Ranma: Oh yeah... after making it out of 6th grade the real boring stuff
began in Junior high...ya know...learning English and the teachers expected
me to sit in my seat!  And can you believe that they told me I wasn't
allowed to hit the gaijin English teacher in the balls?!

It's possible, but never made clear in the manga. The Viz translation only
eversays high school. Not really a big issue for the story - just a point for
some
humour.

Actually Ryoga and Raiha are in front of the ground floor building of
TokyoTower, not underneath the framework. Clouds can still be seen from

this

viewpoint (of course, this is from just watching Card Captor Sakura,

rather

than having been to Tokyo, so...).

Nah... no problem there.  Actually the building is kinda under the
framework, but if you're in front, then it would be no problem (this is from
two trips to Tokyo tower and passing it on the way to work).

Hmm, maybe you could let me know what's actually in that building. From allthe
anime I've seen, you enter the building and the elevators are right in front
of you. That's like 20-30 meters square of a huge structure. What's in the rest
of it? TV studios?

Just curiousity, really. Not necessary for the fic.
