I'm stilling working on Visions of War, but it's kinda hard with my muse enthralled by 'Yuki'. I have the entire story lined out and all. It'll just take a while to type the details. Ares the God of War, walked purposely into the office of the Almighty. The bronze-skinned goddess, acting as receptionist only glanced in Ares� direction for a moment before returning to filing her nails. Peorth either didn�t care or ignored Ares as he burst into the door that led to the Almighty�s room.

�Father! Why have you forbidden me to intervene against Russia in the assassination of President George Bush? Now a limited nuclear war is imminent!� The God of all gods just sat at his desk serenely while spittle flew from his son�s mouth to land on his great beard.

�My son, everything I do is for a greater purpose��

�Bullshit! That�s what you say whenever you make a mistake! You said to Noah that the annihilation of the human race was for a greater purpose. What did you do next? You flooded the entire world! It look centuries before the Earth returned to its former splendor and the human DNA became weaker due to the intermarriage between family!� Ares raised his sparking hand in a threatening manner. However, the Father looked at Ares with soft eyes and simply replied.

�My son��

�Don�t �my son� me! I don�t appreciate what you�re doing to the people of Earth! You�re treating them as if they�re an experiment!� Ares threw down his raised hand in fury and released he had gathered.

�Patience, my son. Man has a destiny to follow. By forbidding you from intervening, I have allowed Man to reach his own independence. Although the course of action Man chose is not to my liking, I alone see the necessity. I have decided Man is independent enough to survive without my grace.� When the Lord saw Ares about to speak against his decision, the all-powerful entity continued, �I have set the stage for Man and it is now his turn to act out his role. A beautiful life is about to be born from the darkness and through this being shall the People of Earth be redeemed.�
