I believe you are correct.  Of course, this leaves the lingering
question of what happens when Nabiki discovers this info and begins
selling it.  She wouldn't sell it to Ranma, but he'll find out pretty
quickly...and probably find out how other people are finding out when
one of Nabiki's customers tells him.

Or worse yet, he runs across Hiroshi and Daisuke ogling it one day...

But it does seem to cry out for a sequel where the others find out.
