Just as a note, I recieved a warning myself. I conducted my own
investigation of the side and discovered the only works of mine
mediaminer.org had listed were 'imported from the RAAC.' (I also discovered
that mediaminer had listed one of my lemons, You're In Charge, as rated PG).
I contacted Brian Edmonds, of the RAAC, about this... here was his response:

Inquiry: Did anyone at the RAAC give permission to MediaMiner.org to
take the entire archive and import it into their fanfiction section?
Yes, they requested permission, and I told them that under the
conditions that access to their archive was free to all, and so long as
all copyright and authorship notices were retained, then I didn't have a
problem with it. I figured it would be nice to have a more
sophisticated web interface to the RAAC archives, though I've not gone
and looked at it myself yet.
Brian.

For this reason, I am not removing my works... yet. I made a few
corrections to their listings (such as relabeling YIC as the NC-17 fic it
truly is) while I was waiting for word from Brian, but I'm still trying to
decide whether mediaminer was behaving maliciously or not. I had believed
they established their fanfiction section as a sort of alternative to
fanfiction.net, and hadn't bothered to really investigate the other portions
of their site... really, my problem here is whether or not I should also
have my works removed from the RAAC archive, as well, or whether I shouldn't
bother doing anything. *shrug*
