I suspect many people are arguing principles here.  There's the fact that he
is making money of someone else's work.  There's also the matter that he's
doing it without having asked the authors in the first place.

It shouldn't be up to the author to request his/her fic not be put up.  It
should be up to the WWW site designer to ask.

Personally, if someone had done that to me, I'd contact their service
provider and inform them that 'so and so customer' was putting copyrighted
works up on their servers without authorization.
