Thanks to all that answered my help request.
I got plenty of info on abortion in Japan, but unfortunately I need some info on how an unwed mother and/or pregnant  teenager is treated as well. The character in my story will be torn between keeping her child, as she wants to, or getting an abortion demanded by her parents. I need to know how the average Japanese would treat the girl.  would she be an outcast? treated bad at school? assumed to be a slut or whore? gossiped about? ect....
