Actually, thinking it over, while I like Allen's idea I think that in the story's circumstance Akane *would* be stronger than Ranma for the reason that lunatics do tend to have a better draw upon their adrenalin than ordinary people do, and an Akane who has worked herself into this state would not exactly be anyone's model of mental stabiity.
