It works, I suppose. The fic needs only a bit of cleaning up in the
technical area: grammar, sentance structure, and so forth.

As an explanation for Jusenkyo, I find it lacking. I'm supposed to
believe that this sorceress can't either heal her family or find new
people somewhere on the earth, yet she can create Jusenkyo?

Also, why a locking pool? The only water-based objects that are known
to lock a curse are the bucket and kettle (sorry, can't be bothered to
look up the names right now) owned by the Musk Dynasty.

All in all, I think I prefer the theories of Jusenkyo set forth by
Alan Harnum's "Waters Under Earth" or Nicholas Leifker's "Flesh and
Blood".
