The Musotensei is the most powerful martial arts attack in anime/manga.  It is the Ultimate technique of the North Star style (from Fist of the North Star) and the North Star style was created by God.

The technique allows you to move at infinite speed, destroy any object or person with a single strike, no matter their power levels.  You can also turn into a living ki blast.  It also allows you to 'accept' the soul of one who dies in your presence, gaining its wisdom, knowledge, and skills.
