A pretty good spamfic, I suppose, but it's not to my taste. Of course,
I rather suspect that ANY Ranma/ST crossover would not be to my taste.

The main problem that I have with this fic is Q. To put it bluntly,
most of the time Q (I mean the Q that Picard knows best) is a bastard,
and he knows it. You simply can't do any real character development
with an omnipotent, omniscient character. In fact, the only Q stories
that I've ever liked were Q-Squared and I,Q. Both are by Peter David
(a great writer, imho) and both limit Q. (I haven't read the Q
Continuum books, but I hear they also have this feature.) They make
him almost human, by reducing that perfection, and giving him an enemy
greater than himself. (Q-Squared happens to be one of the few TNG Star
Trek books that I count among my favorites, but I digress.)

Giving Akane infinate power is fine for a spamfic, but it could not
work in a longer story. There IS a reason why when the Star Trek
writers first added all-powerful beings to the mix, they killed them
off in the same episode (See TOS: Where no Man has Gone Before).

In the end, we prefer to hear stories about ourselves. That's why even
the Greek gods were essentially human.
