ultimate enemy ...and his own sister. The one they call "Keys".
Of course, it would not do for her to reveal herself so early in the
game, before he has been shown how stupid his rules are. She must, of
course, work through the "Gung-Ho Gals", led by, of course, Linna
Bluesummers, an aerobics instructor who worships Keys and obeys her
every order. Sent to try and kill Ryouga, or failing that, force him to
hurt a girls feelings, they spread out across the world, seeking him.
