The guy Ranma told to do what he wanted was Justy Tylor, from

"Irresponsible

Captain Tylor".  He taught _himself_ to play the saxophone.  And the guy
who wanted to be a bounty hunter was Spike Spiegel, from "Cowboy Bebop".

(Hmm, maybe I should work on those references, make them a little

clearer.)

As for Kennedy ... heh.  As far as I can tell, just about everyone else in
the history of the world has been accused.  I figured it was Ranma's

turn...

I would think Ranma would recognize himself, but that's cool too.  Anyway, I
went through it again to make sure I'd mentioned everything I didn't
understand, so that you know what is unlcear (at least to me, I can't speak
for anybody else...).  I did miss a few in that first email.  This is the
rest of them:

"Umm, yeah.  That does sound a bit funny, now I come to think about it.
Mind you, he did say there were leeks in it."  (At the back of the room,
another of the girls, with long green-black hair, stiffened.)

I'm not sure what the reference to leeches is about...

"Anyway, I drank it, and the next thing I know, I'm standing in this
park at night.  There's this girl there, and I'm about to ask her where
I am, when suddenly this weird beam of light shines down on her out of
nowhere, and she starts to drift up in the air.  So I grab her leg and
pull her down again, and she says thank you, and then these weird guys
with guns run up and glomp onta her.  Well, I'm about to save her again,
but then the time soup kicks in again and I'm gone.

No idea on this one.

"Next thing I know, I'm in the middle of this battle, people shooting at
each other everywhere ... and I see this woman nearby is about to get
shot, so I knock her down out of the way -- stunned her, I think, but it
was the only way to save her.

Again, not a clue.

Everything else I was able to figure out.  I don't have a clue whether I
would be in the group of people who are just dense and couldn't get
something that wasn't completely obvious, towards the high end in that I
only missed six references (I really doubt this), or somewhere in the
middle.  So, my not being able to place these may or may not be typical.
