The fifth Doctor (Peter Davison) wore a stalk of celery on his jacket lapel in the British Sci Fi series 'Doctor Who'... the Doctor was a timelord, who gadded about in time and space in a machine that looked rather like a London Police Box.

I suppose I could have brought thiotimoline into it instead...
