Actually, as stated in the FFML FAQ, under what you can post to the list...
"You can post stories, of course; C&C on posted stories is also very
welcome, and posting
_well-thought out story ideas is permissible_."
What is not permissible, as is also stated in the FFML FAQ, is...
"Personal arguments between yourself and another list member. If you have a
problem with someone else's behavior, take it up with him/her by private
mail. If you feel someone is violating list policy, E-mail the admins about
it. Posting to the list is not a good idea, as this sort of thing tends to
result in long and bitter spam feuds."
Everyone is advised to keep this in mind when instructing people on the
list what to do and not do while making claims to be speaking for the
admins. We are quite capable of speaking for ourselves, particularly on
the list. Flagellating people publicly while making some claim to be doing
it in whole or part because of the admins or because of the list rules is a
very good way to get yourself postbanned.

Alright for the last time : the Admin has constantly said he does Not want
fanfic request or fanfic ideas posted to the FFMLML. So for those who want
such go to request : http://groups.yahoo.com/group/fanfic_request_list/ and
now idea : http://groups.yahoo.com/group/fanfic_idea_list/ . Go here instead
of spamming the FFML and getting the admin riled up to ban.
