This is a plot hole.

Even in Star Wars, with mystical powers given by the Force, you don't
have instantaneous teleportation. And if you did, it would be more
like Luke vanishes into thin air, not falling into a black hole.

As for the Chiisuiton, the manga never says that if you put cursed
water into it and splash someone with it, it will lock them in that
cursed form. I know some fics have used this, but I thought you might
like to know that that's not canon.
