I still think that you need to flesh out your plot more.
And why the heck is Peter Parker in this at all? He's
not an agent of SHIELD, an Avenger, nor a member
of the Fantastic Four. Nor is he in an official record
keeping or research position for any orginization
whatsoever.

That, and rightious indignation or not, Ranma probably
would not spout out loud about his plans to kill the false
three that killed his parents. At least until after he had
sounded out how his granfather and uncle felt about it...

I'm totally ignoring the fact that Captain America was
never married. Big boyscout or not, he was in the
military during WWII, and saw action in all fronts
during that time. It's plausible that he had an illegitimate
child from that time. Or perhaps even an unnannounced
wedding with a Japanese bride shortly before he went
missing...
