Not an easy concept to work with. The light hearted series like Ranma don't
mix well at all. BGC is good. The Knight Sabers will walk all over the
T-101s but the T-1000s are like nothing they've seen. Guyver just out powers
them. I would suggest Dominion: Tank Police, Armitage, and PatLabor as good
series to try, but use caution with that last one.
I could agree with the higher mentioned view, however
lighthearted series dont mean there cant be darker fic written
into their settings, per example talking about the Ranma-Alien
and Ranma-Predator crossovers.
Also, SM/Terminator series doenst mean, you cant
make your own play on the sitautions. I have read the one
SM/Terminator fic, and a bit more serious approach on it
would be ' interesting' to read to.
On the other end, well, you can always use some
less widespread series, like Saber Marionette J or Nuku-Nuku.
Then again, there's Burn up Warriors or You Under Arrest...
On contrary, the Big Robot series would have some problems
with Terminator attacking, T-100 would be pushover, while T-1000
woud probably hold its own, but sure would try avoid the direct
confrontation, while Eva on direst confrontation would mincemeat
them. Maybe.
