I'd say both her bones and muscles are abnormaly
dense.  I'd tend to say Ranma's are too, but not as much, and he has had
training to compensate.  Add in weird gravity tricks using ki, and Ranma can
swim.  Maybe swimming lessons now that Akane's calmed down a bit?  Ryouga?
Same as Akane, but worse.  But he is stronger, so he can swim...  Make for
an interesting swimming style.

"But I hate the backstroke!  It's too hard!" Ryouga moans.

Coach says "But that's the easiest stroke boy, just float and kick!"

"I don't float"  Ryouga states flately.

Ryoga would normally be correct, HE doesn't float. HE turns
into a small black pig. She may or may not float, won't know
until she tries. Depends on how much the new curse and the
soap affected the percentages of fat and bone and muscle.
Especially if the body is an unusual one. Witches float,
don't sink even a fraction of an inch ( saw this bit in a
movie once.) so Ryoga-chan could get up and walk to shore,
since he can't put any part of him in the water to swim
with.

Cologne comments "Darn I thought  I thought I had the last
of the instant beautiful witch hidden until my date Friday.
Now what will I do?"
