The other thing is, remember, the movie T-1000 was a prototype.  We don't
know if it has any special weaknesses to stuff that could be found/exploited
in a higher-tech society.  Like how would it react to an EMP gun?  What
happens if you microwave it?  Add in that it's probably very expensive to
make the material of a T-1000, and you won't have many of them.  It's an
assassin, not a pure war machine.

	True. The T-800 is meant for full-on death and destruction
while the T-1000 is meant for more up close and personal ops. But,
here's an idea that hit me just before I went to work this morning.

	We know about the limitations on Skynet's time portals, namely
that what goes through must be either wholly organic or coated with
organic material. This is why the Terminators showed up unarmed and
naked in the movies.

	What if that constraint didn't apply to Skynet's dimensional
portals? The Terminators could show up fully armed with plasma rifles
and all sorts of nasty weapons. Not to mention the fact that the
Endoskeleton Terminators could march right through backed up with
Mini-HKs, Aerial Hunter-Killers, and the BIG damn Hunter-Killer tanks
seen in the first and second movies. As Skynet's portals gain power,
it could send more and more. This could pose a problem for the anime
universes Skynet is invading.

	Anyway, what are your thoughts on all this? Think it could
work out?
