However I must admit that I hadn't actually _read_ the
'original' story when I wrote mine. Normally I don't
read anything with a [DARK] tag. But there were so
many replies that I was intrigued.  My wife has read
the entire story (she thought it was the most boring
thing she'd ever read.) I read the first paragraph and
the last line which was enough to convince me that I
didn't want to read the rest. I _did_ try to read it
so I could C&C. I actually only managed to skim a few
interior paragraphs, but couldn't manage to maintain a
neutral enough attitude to C&C. I do think I'm going
to do an essay on using erotica and violence in
writing.

However, I'm glad I got the opportunity to write a
comedy and I'm glad it's been so well received.

Thanks again for all your kind words and for taking
the time to write. I appreciate it.
