BTW, I forgot to mention this in my previous mail, but when Kenshin first
realized who Death was and got ready to fight him I thought that the story
was going to take the approach that I mentioned, with him trying to keep
Kaoru from dying. So that, too, was a disappointment, since it made me
think less of Kenshin for not realizing what was going on, and it is the
reason why the fight and the happenings afterwards were so dissatisfying to
me. After all, what was going on was certainly obvious to me, so for him to
not know what's going on makes me want to kick the idiot in the head as I'm
reading it, you know? This urge is a distraction from the story, and the
cause for it should be eliminated!
Just wanted to make my reasoning a bit more clear... ^_^;
