I  don't know if anyone has done these in this form or not,
if they have I would like to told where to find a copy.
Either title and author or a link directly to story. If not
then they are available for anyone to use.

1. Ranma is transported to the silver Millennium and makes a
difference. The difference could be major, Beryl loses and
the Silver Millennium lives or minor, the Last battle is
reduced in scope so the moon and the other planets remain
inhabitable with survivors. Then he returns and the story
starts.

2. Ranma falls in the Spring of the Drowned Senshi. This
gives him the powers of one of the senshi. This is not
replacing one the usual gang but rather produces an extra
Sailor Mars or Jupiter or whichever you favor. They probably
would have slightly different attacks. Ranma might not even
meet the real senshi or if he does, would the real ones
accept a Jhusenkyo Senshi, a copy of an earlier senshi's
body on a boy?

Now for a question, does anyone know if the last series of
Sailor Moon featured Naru ( Molly ) at all?
