Augh! Typo! Thanks for catching that. :p

stone worth the price of failure? The sight of Shampoo bouncing between the tables distracted Cologne, and she sighed again.

PLEASE tell me this isn't a lemon fic.

Feh. You should have read the original. To read it is to know pain.

himself. Shampoo, this boy is going to fail... I'm afraid I'm going to have to nullify the Kiss of Life you're given him."

I thought it was called the Kiss of Marriage, though your version does
sound nicely symmetrical.

I've read it as the kiss of life elsewhere, but I don't think it was that way directly.

So it's actually a typo, but in retrospect, it works pretty well. :p

I guess I'll leave it that way.

Which meant that Ranma was in a quandary, since he was honor-bound to marry all three, but quite obviously, couldn't. Even if honor weren't involved, Ranma _cared_ about the three of them, and that was _more_ important than just honor. But how could he make them all happy? He couldn't. So he just waited, trying to maintain the status quo without ever shifting the balance one way or another, hoping, somehow, things would resolve themselves.

And what about Kodachi? True, she's not a real fiancee, but she's
still in there somewhere.

  Oh.

Hmm... I'm an idiot -- I completely forgot about that. But then, Ranma doesn't have a debt of honor to her... does he? I'll have to consider that.

If it does come up, I'll figure it out. :p

And why not? If you think about it, it's almost feasible. Obviously not to the extents that I've taken it, but you have to wonder...

Well, not what I would have done, but that's no criteria for
judging. I think you can do well with this. Looking forward to more.

I hope so. I got a bit of encouragment originally, and a lot of criticism, so I hope the re-write goes over better.
