I think this fic should be call "The Brat, the Bastered and the Brain."
for this tile is appropriately named.  Be fore worned this idea lays
heavily in the alternate catagory for Ranma.
 
The story starts off with Ranma being born as the second child of
Neo-Queen Serenity.  Now for some unknown reason Usagi is
uncharacteriscally cruel in her treatment of her second child.  Not only
does she not intend to give the Ranma any power when he grows up she
also raises him to be a princess rather than a prince.  Also unknown is
why Serenity magically dyed Ranma's hair pink so that not even the
strongest of chemical dyes can change its color.  Although that last
part could simply fit into the cruel catagory.  So Ranma grows up to
about chibi-usa's age when she is in S.  To the rest of the world he is
the perfect little princess but in reality he secretly plots to
overthrow his mother and sister.  For obvisous reasons ranma have a
destinct hatred for those two.  But since he does have a kind heart he
wouldn't go as far as to assasinate them but merely strip them of their
power and control over earth.  I'll leave the particular details of how
he is going to take over the world to who ever decides to write this.  
 
This ranma have have distant differences from the cannon version.  He is
more intelligent and cunning.  He knows how to lie and does it well.  He
is mind and personality is mature for his age of 9 or 10.  He does not
even have the name Ranma.  Per Serenity's instructions everyone in the
palace and society refers to Ranma as "Small Lady" or by his given name
Usagi.  He uses the name "Ranma" as an allias in his contacts with a
small band of other dissident that he had recruited for his cause.  He
uses magic to assume the form of a 16 year old boy with black hair to
cover his young feminine body and famous face.  His major strength is in
his use of his wit although he is proficient in magic he is no where as
strong as his mother or sister.  Ulimately his goal is for global
dominance not because of greed or ambition or hatred but simply because
he have a different vision for the future of earth.  He doesn't believe
that humans as a whole should rely on the power of the Silver Crystal
for its survival and mere existence.  He believes that lhumanity should
look to themselves for things that had been handed to them by the Silver
Crystal.  Things like peace and prosperaty, he believes that these
things are only real if they were faught for and earned with the
sacrefices of humanity as a whole.  It is Ranma's philosophy that
fighting is the only way to ensure survival and only way to better ones
selves.  Ironically, or simply because of the fact the fact that
fighting is prohibited by Serenity that Ranma dreams of tearing down the
old system.  Deep down what really motivates Ranma is his deep shame of
his body and his weakness in a lowing to happen and thus he wants to
prove that he is strong rather than he coward that he thinks himself to
be.
 
I'm not got going to give you the whole idea, but if you are interesting
and i will tell you the rest or you may just make due with what is here.
It is my believe that if i give you the whole idea that it will spoil
any story that may come of it.
