However, it was not so much the battles I was interested in, as how this Usagi would interact with the other Senshi.

Usagi strode into Beryl's throne room, mentally 
stroking her fury into an even hotter flame.  Beryl 
had made a huge mistake in kidnapping Mamoru, for that 
cracked the emotional governor that was Sailor Moon.
Now it was as much Usagi as a senshi who stared the 
queen down.

Beryl leered at the solo fighter.  "Did you enjoy 
losing your frien-"

The other sailors strode in behind Usagi, wiping bits 
of Beryl's finest minions from their uniforms.  Each 
one lobbed the severed head of what was supposed to be 
their personal assassin in the general direction of 
Beryl's feet.

Usagi nodded, and all five senshi recited the motto 
they had finally agreed upon just before coming here: 
"Payback's a bitch, and so are we."

I _like_ this bit.  That particular episode has always bothered me.  "I'll take care of this, you go on" might make sense if they were trying to escape (though each of them hitting it with one blast while they keep running would probably work better), but they were attacking!  They should have ganged up on it, taken it down, and moved on to the next one.

How would this Usagi react to Ami?  Stuck-up and 
pretentious?  Or might Ami actually earn slightly 
higher scores, thus generating a rivalry?

Depends on the circumstances, but first impressions 
would play a major role.  Probably place her in the 
"stuck-up" category...until Ami made a favorable 
impression on Mamoru, at which point categorization 
shifts to "boyfriend stealer" if Mamoru gets tired of 
being (literally) hit on.

This could get messy.

(Rei would technically fall into that category too, 
but not as effective and therefore less dangerous.)

I don't know...in canon, at least, Rei dated Mamoru (once) before he got together with Usagi.  That might give her a little more amunition, at least in Usagi's mind.

And I think it's safe to say that there would be 
none of the good-natured bickering between Usagi and 
Rei--not after the first time, anyway.

Look for Usagi and Rei to be stopped from pummelling 
each other to death by Ami.

That would work.
