BTW, a friend of mine was using her computer yesterday.  She hit a key and
her Microsoft Word document suddenly disappeared, leaving her staring at a
blank document.  She couldn't figure out what happened, but finally decided
to call me up to come over and take a look.

It turned out she had opened up a "blank" document.  I closed it and her
work reappeared.

Computer no BAKA!  ^_-
