Well, as soon as someone figures out how to do italics in plain text, I'll
use them too. :-)
As for other languages, I've gotten used to using normal quotes with the
language switch described elsewhere. Seems to work okay most of the time...
although even I get confused if there's three or more languages being used
at a time. :-)
