The question is, will the Curse prevent Uranus from being a Sailor Senshi
when it is active?

Even if it does, Uranus can still be a Knight Senshi.  Apparently she has
that power, but almost never uses it.

Well you know why she never uses it, don't you?

It's because "Once a king, always a king, but once a knight is enough"
