anyway, quite well done even without Nodoka or Kunos
entries.

Thank you! I should probably add a note as to why I didn't write
something for Kuno. I felt this could be better done by someone who's
actually read his lines in the original, instead of just the English
translations. See, I can't really imagine a quasi-Shakespearean haiku.
I've read plenty of bad haiku in English and Swedish (some of it written
by me), but nothing was bad in quite that way. I couldn't write for
Kodachi, either, when I didn't have a verse for her brother.

As for Nodoka, nothing really came to me, just as with Happosai and
Cologne. Though perhaps I could make a companion piece to Genma's first
verse:

    Going home from market,
I'm sheltered by my husband:
    He's good for something.

Thoughts?
