That is easily solved.  She used "DaiJob" instead... everyone knows it and

         It's an in-joke. ^_^;;  And if there was a lemon involving
Ranma and ice cream, I don't think I want to know. ^_^;;;

An in-joke?  And I thought it had something to do with what happen at the
beginning of the series...

As far as Ranma's rough speech... it's too rough in English.  I'd say to

go

for an average teenage level of slang and you've about hit Ranma.

Thinking

about Japanese society and politeness... Ranma's speech seems uncultured,
however, it isn't too far from common for boys his age and younger.

People

who aren't adults yet aren't expected to be able to use polite speech.
Additionally adult men speak fairly dirty when they aren't at work or in
some official capacity...ie the Izakaya, drunk on the trains...etc.
