How should I handle plagiarism?  I've been informed by a well-meaning person 
that someone has stolen whole paragraphs out of one of my fictions.  I'm 
assuming this has happened to others before, and I wonder what people advise 
I should do.

Joe bob briggs said not to worry about plagarism becasue it doesn't happen
until your widly known and by then it doesn't matter. One of my english
teachers said not to plagarise because it blows your credability.

I say, tell us who the plagarist is. we will remember and tell others and
the author will never be able to claim a paragraph as his own, wether he
wrote it or not. SO, who is it and what did he plagarise?
