Ail & Ann:They only have 20 monsters

Hopefully, Usagi won't have to hurt them too much.

The Cardians that they use are actually what remains of their people. When
the evil Power invaded their world it turned some of their people into
monsters. They don't know this though , perhaps Usagi could Heal them
changing them back.

Dark Moon:They only had a few droids with them

Which could last a while if they knew when to cut their losses and run

Heart Stealer:Daimon Eggs take time to grow

I wonder why they refused to wait until they had more before using them.

Neheria:She actually did a pretty good job in the early rounds.  If it
wasn't for Saturn waking up, she would have swamped the Inners and
Outers with those crystal golems of hers.

Now that was smart, maybe she could do the all-out assault earlier this
time?
