   You missed one very obvious Akane "mis-understanding", a Ranma and Ryouga fight with all Ranma's normal "P-Chan" and "piggy" taunts, were she realizes Ranma is NOT picking on Ryouga, that Ryouga is (and always had been in the past.) the actual aggressor.

   Later, she sees P-Chan and recognizes the scarf around his neck, recalls all of Ranma's taunts of Ryouga, and his dislike of P-Chan, especially of P-Chan SLEEPING with her, or watching her change CLOTHES, or being HUGGED to her bosom, ect...

   She then remembers all the times she caught Ranma spying on her and P-Chan, or sneaking into her bedroom while they slept, and that before taking the pills again, she had always thought Ranma was there to spy on her nude or molest her!, and realizes that Ranma always had his own, more well endowed female body if he really wanted to see/molest a naked girl.

   Akane suddenly realizes that what he was really trying to do was chase off/fight/ stop P-Chan! (and to PROTECT her!!) and FINIALLY!, Akane puts two and two (and two and two...) together and...... BLAM!,  pig in low earth orbit!
