on the main road. Then all of a sudden, he gets scared and runs. I
think he recognized someone, but there were too many travellers on the
road to know who."
"Maybe it was a marriage counsellor. You have popped the question,
haven't you?"
"I was planning on doing it when we got back. There's this one spot in
the castle that lights up just right at noon, and..."

And in the end, they all marry Prince Charming and live happily ever
after.

"Lina, I need a favor."
Lina smirked, not even looking towards the shadows in case she was
being watched. "Who are you hiding from?"
"Lots of people."

But did you ever notice how Prince Charming is always described the
same?

"Are you sure this will work?"
"Lina Inverse never messes up a spell! Well, almost never. And hey,
it's just a simple disguise. What could possibly go wrong?"
"Someone asking that question, for starters."

How he even has the same name?

"Ok, ok, so it works when you're exposed to cold water. You'll look
like a woman until you get exposed to hot water again. I'd keep some
cold water with you at all times, until this blows over." Lina poked
Zelgadis's new breasts.
"Hey!"
"Oh no..." Lina's face fell.
"What?"
"This *CAN'T* be!"
"What? What?"
"They're not an illusion. I actually did give you more than Naga. WHY
DOESN'T THIS SPELL EVER WORK WHEN I TRY IT ON MYSELF?!?"

"Hey, Lina? Who's your new friend?"
"Amelia, meet Zellia. She's a relative of Zelgadis. Zellia, meet
Amelia. I'm sure Zelgadis told you all about her, right?"
'Zellia' nodded. "Oh, absolutely. He and I are very close."
"Good." Amelia's face seemed more chiseled than Zelgadis's normal one.
"Maybe you can help look for him."
To Lina, irritation in Amelia's voice was like the scent of a Mazoku
lord in a known stronghold of evil. "What's wrong?"
"A bunch of princesses just showed up, and..."

Sooner or later, someone was bound to notice and start asking around.

"They're *all* married to him?"
"Mm-hmm!"
Lina blinked. "*How* many?"
"I stopped counting at a hundred."
"And each and every one says that hers is the only valid marriage
claim?"
"That's right. Not that I'm about to let them steal *my* Zel-kun away,
but we'd better find him so we can sort this out."
*thump*
Lina interposed herself between Amelia and the newly unconscious lady,
nudging Amelia towards the door. "Don't worry about her. She's just
jealous. She'll be fine once she wakes up. Now, where did you last
see him again?"
