A note on the hosptial scene with Shampoo. While Japanese and Chinese are
two totally unrelated langauges linguistically... in written form they share
a writing set... "Kanji" as they are called in Japanese. Bascially the full
japanese writting system can't be read by a chinese person, but Kanji are
used for the most important parts anyway, so by using them two people can
communicate on paper. Thus... even if Tofu, Soun and Genma can't speak
chinese, they can read the meaning of the characters and understand what she
was trying to say.

Subject: [FFML] [UPDATE] Careful Destiny Part Five
Thanks to the efforts of my many editors and pre-readers (and a couple of
determined continuity cops ^_^; ) Part Five has now hit "live" status on
my
website and is available for download or online viewing.
Thanks again to everyone who hung in there and waited (and waited, and
waited, and waited) for the next part to come out!
