Is there really a difference between Yggsdrail and the Ultimate Force?

Is there a difference between Windows and your PC?
The Ultimate Force is merely one of the programs running on Heaven's System.
It apparently has trancedental overide on other programs, but it's still one
of them.
In the movie (which will hopefully be in english soon) you'll get to see
that the World Tree is seperate from the System as well. It appears to be
the controls for the World Tree's energy output.
