Sorry about all the lumped up posts that just flooded through the FFML.
Yesterday, the mail server had some resource limit problems causing some
deliveries to be temporarily deferred. I just manually flushed the queue,
so that all the messages that were backed up have been sent through.

I've lowered the mail server's maximum concurrent processes
(qmail/control/concurrencyremote, for those of you who know what that
means) so that it shouldn't exceed my process quota again.
