Ok, by your argument, not only Tenchi, but Yosho, Ayake, and every Jurian
should have the wings of the light hawk shouldn't they?  Let me tell you
where your argument falls apart.  Yosho uses the Tenchi the master key, and
every member of the Royal family has something that resembles the master key,
but they are not the master key.  Do you see where I'm going?  Just because
Tenchi is able to use the Master key does not mean that he had the wings of
the light hawk with him all the time.  He did not, in fact , it is very
clearly explained in later manga that Tenchi got the power after being saved
by Tsunami.  Also, if being able to use the master key is sign of possesing
the Wings of the Light Hawk, then Yosho, Yoshos father, his father, they all
must have had it don't they?  That is in fact according to your logic isn't
it?

actually, Yosho 'can' create LHW, but only while using the key, and then only one.

Also, you're assuming that the manga would be considered part of the canon for the anime.  While the manga is based off of the OVA, it isn't known if the new parts of the anime will take the manga as canon.

Also, it is canon that Tsunami giving the Royal Family their powers was meant to create someone like Tenchi.  A weapon to fight her sister Tokimi with.  This is also one of the reasons Ryoko was created by Washu.

Not ot mention the fact that members of the Royal family 'do' have LHW, they just can't generate them to the same levels as Tenchi can.  After all, Aeka's force fields are just weaker forms of LHW.

Also, Tsunami didn't 'bring Tenchi back' since she can only resurrect that which she herself directly created, like the Space Trees.  So, either Tenchi is her creation, meaning he probably had LHW all the time, or he isn't her direct creation, and all she did was heal him (probably using the Water of Life)

Might want to end this argument, so that the admin don't have to tell us to take it elsewhere.
