Well, this will probably my last posting before the list goes bye-bye for
now. I'll be posting on FFML2 and WW's temp list once I get the address for
it.

"I wouldn't know," the woman snarled. "I slept in the back
seat of a car."
Jeff: Obviously you haven't been given the proper training in what you
use
the backseat of a car for. Hint: sleep is not it.
I wouldn't know. Until I got married, all I owned was a two-seat
sports
car and a motorcycle. Little tough to do either.
On a motorcycle, it's called 'tailpiping' and being limber really helps. :)
"I tried to warn Crazy to follow me out but the first volley
of missiles..." She paused again, her head tilting forward until
it came to rest against the glass window. Her voice dropped to
barely a whisper. "He just blew up."
Jeff closed his eyes imagining what it must have been like.
He'd lost wingmen himself, many he had come to like very much.
Many? Well now that's reassuring. :)
You don't gotta like 'em, just trust 'em with your life. ^_^
Was referring to the fact that he has evidently LOST many wingmen.
"I'm sure you'd feel more comfortable."
Liz took a deep breath and sighed heavily. "I just don't
know if I can do it anymore. After what happened..."
"I'll never abandon you, Captain," was all he said. The way
he said it caused her to gaze hopefully into his eyes.
Methinks there will come a point where this will come up.
DB, you're getting ahead of me here. ;-)
It was rather obvious, I'm afraid. You're telegraphing it. But that's all
right, a certain amount of predictibility is expected in stories.
"I know," Jeff said with a sigh. "I've been afraid of this
for some time. Leonard, whatever we may think of him, is a good
politician.
Yes. As I recall it was him and some other politician who took the
reins of
power with the absence of the REF.
Yes, with the backing of the Grand Council
I believe there was one man calling the shots for them essentially if I
recall correctly. I remember thinking that the President, Leonard, and Zand
made an effective troika in charge of Earth (Zand being the least important,
of course), at least until the Masters arrived and kicked ass. :)
Oh yes, the guy who wrote 'Nabiki-New Horizons'. How's the next
chapter
coming? ;-)
Darn. I forgot I was talking to myself here. I am afraid N-NH will have to
wait since I intend to do another side story to Quantum Destinies first.
Just got to get the new lists I'm on raring to go and then I should be
motivated to write.

Best not to ask such questions. It would only confuse me/you. :)
