Here's a cool idea I thought up. Some C&C on this please.
Instead of taking Ranma to Jusenkyo last Genma took him there first on their
training trip. Ranma falls into the Pool of Drowned Psycic Girl at the age
of five. Genma falls into the Pool Of Drowned Big Fat Smelly Flying Pig.
Ranma grows up and goes through puberty as both a boy and girl. Genma is on
the run from people who want to turn him into bacon. Genma decides to never
eat pork again. Whenever Genma is in his cursed form people keep throwing
deodorizers , deodorant , and anti-smell foot powder on him. The meeting
with Ukyo is different as when they meet Ranma is in his cursed form and
everyone believes him to be a girl. Genma agrees to adopt Ukyo as Ranma's
sister. He gets the yatai and takes Ukyo along. Ukyo finds out about the
curses and ask if Ranma is a girl or boy. She also gets a deodorizer mask to
wear when Genma is in his cursed form. Ranma doesn't know what he/she is.
Genma doesn't know either due to the heavy drinking he did after getting
cursed. Jusenkyo had both cold and hot springs. Genma doesn't know if he has
a son or daughter. So he decides to treat Ranma like both. Genma has sobered
up now and doesn't drink alcohol anymore. Those few months were enough to
actively wipe out some of his memories. He does not know if he is married or
not. He also can't remember the seppuku agreement. He does remeber the deal
with the Tendos. He has completely forgotten that Happosai has ever existed.
This Genma is different and does not make the same mistakes as the other
did. His curse has made him a better person. If he sees someone who needs
help he will help them. When they meet Ryoga he feels sorry for the Lost Boy
and takes him along. Ryoga has a crush on Ranma. Ranma has feelings for
Ryoga and she lets Ryoga know it. Ukyo has decided Ranma is a girl and has
started to develop a crush on Ryoga. Ryoga notices Ukyo's affections but
remains loyal to Ranma. He learns about the curses but doesn't care. Well he
does keep a can of deodorizer handy for when Genma is changed. Years pass
and when Ranma is 15 they go back to Jusenkyo looking for a cure for Genma.
Ranma doesn't want one since she is comfortable with her curse. Ranma has
decides she's a girl and is getting serious with Ryoga. Genma has told them
all about the agreement with the Tendo's years ago and since family honor is
involved Ranma has agreed to marry one of the Tendo daughters in her boy
form. But she insist that she can marry Ryoga in her girl form. They find a
cure for Genma in the form of a magic bracelet that will spell the wearer
into whatever form they are in. Genma cries tears of joy that he will never
have to turn into a pig , or as others have called him The Big Flying Stink
Bomb ever , again. They journey and arrive at the Amazon village. Genma sees
the food and starts eating. Shampoo acts pretty much like she did in the
cannon and gets upset at him eating her food. Instead of Ranma challenging
her Genma appologizes and says he did not it was a prize. He offers to pay
for it. Shampoo does not accept any payment. Genma then offers to work off
his debt. Shampoo will not accept that and challenges him. Genma seeing no
other choice agrees to fight her. He defeats her in combat and is asked if
he is married. Genma says no since he doesn't remember. He winds up with
Shampoo as his wife. Cologne ask him why he has that bracelet. He tells her
it is to couteract the Jusenkyo curse. She ask for a demonstration of his
curse. Genma takes off the bracelet and splashes himself with cold water. He
then transforms into Stinky. Cologne makes a gagging sound and backs up.
Shampoo holds her nose and says she is not marrying THAT ever at all. The
other Amazons are trying to get away. Most of them have fallen on the ground
and passed out. Shampoo throws hot water on Genma. She puts the bracelet
back on him. She then tells him to never take it off except when he's
bathing. Or eslse she will smash him. They stay in the village for one year
and Ranma and Ukyo are made Amazons. Ryoga defeats Ranma in combat , she let
him win though , and they are married. They learn Amazon fighting
techniques. Mouse is always trying to beat up Genma. Ranma , Ukyo , and
Ryoga are adjusting to having Shampoo as a mother. Genma tells them of the
deal he made with the Tendos and Cologne says he must honor that deal.
Shampoo is to go with them and see if one of these girls is worthy of her
son/daughter Ranma. Ukyo is depressed that she is till single. They are
given a copy of the Book Of Amazon Law and warned that the Kiss Of Death Law
is reversed outside of Amazon lands and that if they defeat an outsider
female she has the right to give the kiss of death. Fortunately outsiders
don't know Amazon law. That is one of the reasons it is kept secret. However
the Kiss Of Marriage Law remains the same. The four set off for Nerima.
Genma gets Shampoo through imigration by saying that she is his wife.
