Fuu stopped and stared at the green crystal on her glove. The rune god
hadn't done anything at the time of her challenge and now she felt that
she should know a little bit about it as she and her friends continued on
their journey to rescue the princess and save Cephiro.
Concentrating, she saw a glimmer of light deep within the crystal,
Windam, can you hear me?
For a long moment there was silence, then Fuu heard in her mind a voice
like a fierce wind raging through a distant ancient mountain pass, Yes,
legendary magical knight, what is it that you wish?
Uh, Fuu looked around for a moment then concentrated on the crystal again,
Windam, we're coming to another village, what would be the best place to
spend the night?
I'm sorry Fuu, I can't help you.
Uh, why not?
Dammit Fuu, I'm a Rune God, not a hotel chain.

Three weeks after their second journey to Cephiro, Hikaru finally talked
Fuu into a match at her family dojo. She had to make her brothers promise
not to watch, so they hid during the match.
For several minutes her strongest blows were met with block after block,
but Fuu made no attempt to counterattack.
Finally Hikaru stepped back and lowered her bokken, "Your style is
perfect, I wasn't able to find a single weak spot. Umi fences, but where
did you learn to fight?"
"Well, it was just something I picked up while we were in Cephiro."
"What do you call it?"
"Uh, well how about The Windam Way?"
