Let me add my voice to the chorus saying that not only is Ranma
seriously OOC in this fic (hiring lawyers? Really!), but there is
absolutely no reason given for his choosing Nabiki. If he's going to
choose someone other than Akane, someone even outside the "fiancee
brigade," there needs to be more background than is possible in a
one-hour fic. (Why do people even write one-hour fics anyway? Good
writing can't be rushed.)
I also need to point out that there is already a fic of mine called
"Final Decision," posted both on my own site at
http://www.storyanime.com/Ranma/FinalDecsion.htm and on raac. I know
there are so many Ranma fics it's hard to avoid duplicating titles,
and it's a very minor piece by an extremely minor writer. It's
impossible to search everybody's websites, but a quick glance at raac
would have been nice...
