I've been out of it a bit on the FFML, but I do have an opinion on all of
this. Original fiction, as far as I know, is allowed on the ML as long as
it is anime-style. That said, the whole point of posting Fan-Fiction on
the ML is to recive C&C. If no one is getting C&C, there's really no
point in posting your work of fan-fiction, is there? I try to C&C as much
as I can, but that's a heavy order when we get so many fics a day. But at
least I DO C&C.

hero is unbearably attractive to the opposite sex for
no discernable reason (Tenchi Effect, cf also Ranma,
Mizuhara Makoto, et al), goes to train with peverted
old master (Dragonball, Ranma, Rurouni Kenshin) and
must compete for his place against stock rivals (who
you may as well have named Kunou, Ryouga and Jinpei).
I advise that you work with your premise further.
In short, I have no desire whatsoever to read this
story in its current form and storyline.
