Hey, all.
We get a lot of request to the list, ranging from what's a webpage's
URL, to references of Japanese customs. If done right, the request is
for private replies, only.
I wanted to ask that people start posting what they find, once
they've gotten the information. So that if others are interested, they
would know as well. Not twenty plus people spamming the list, but the
original requester going through all the replies, and posting what
they find. Anyone that disagrees with the poster, can be asked for
private emails explaining why, and maybe a revision would be sent out.
Don't get me wrong. If the info requested is vital to your fic, then
don't send it out. But, if you think it's something others would like
to know, posting it would go over better than just a 'Thank You'.
Also, I'm not really asking anyone to reply to this. Just something to
think about.
