Some issues with timetable, too, as, I believe, even the

original BGC was dated at 2032 or so, and Magneto would be

Though I believe 'Magnus' was used quite often... Middle name?

Nom-de-guerre? Dunno, I am not that up to the latest(last 6 years ^^)

plot twists in the X-men storyline.

Have to agree with Xellos here.. Magneto's ubermench

fixation is the result of having been a concentration camp

victim during World War 2. His powers didn't manifest themselves

until it was far too late to save his family. Now he's stuck

with a mental hangup about being strong enough that he will

never be in such a position again, lightly contaminated with

the Nazi philosophy of the Superman. After all, the Nazi's

had managed to kill his parents, that must mean they had

some small rightness in their beliefs. (This is often known

as the Helsinki Syndrome, identifying with your oppressors,

also known as "Hey, I wanna be on the winning side, too!")

Now, if this is the son, or more likely, the grandson,

of the original Magneto, that might be interesting.

As for Logan, well, Marvel hints, here and there, that

he might be immortal due to his healing factor. In one issue

they come right out and say that Logan's amnesia covering the

years of WW2 is probably due to his having too many memories

in his head.. so many years of memories that he might have

suffered dementia due to the sheer weight of them. And that

his healing powers prevented the insanity by removing the

older memories. (That is, the trashcan gets too full, you

take it out and empty it. Problem solved).

So it's entirely possible that Logan's hundreds, or

even thousands of years old and just doesn't remember it.

Makes it easy to slip him into BGC.

       That's all for now.
