1. Genma is dead killed by a car knocking them into the sea I believe.

2. Nodoka is married to Kuno's father.

3. Ranma has been adopted by the Tendo's who don't know who he is.

4. Akane and Ranma have just come back from looking for ranma's past.

5. Nabiki is engaged to Kuno and Ranma is engaged to Kudachi.
