I'm looking for detailed information on the abandonment of Shinji by his
father. I'm looking for answers to such questions as:
When was he abandoned? What age was he?
To whom was he left in the care of?
Were there any specific reason why Shinji was left with said person(s)?
Is it known whether Gendo kept track of Shinji, despite never contacting
his son himself?
Where was Shinji raised?
What was his foster home like?
