Well, the list is pretty quiet... and I have writer's
block.
As I find that writing something, anything, is the
best way for me to get over writer's block, I've been
scribbling down almost anything that crosses my mind.
Hence, this. It's not *really* a fanfic, but it does
cover fanficcing, so I thought I'd share. (The thought
that it might appease those people who have been
writing me 'letters' about Starlit Reflections ch. 8
*has* crossed my mind. ~_^)
Please enjoy.

It's All In The Writing
by Raye Johnsen

In an overdimension beyond the reach of the Worlds, various
Muses were conversing.
"I tell you, you haven't seen anything until his turn comes
up. I honestly think he'd burn incense to me if he thought it
would help."
"Come on! She begs *me* for inspiration daily."
"What the hell were you SMOKING when you sent him *that*,
and why won't you SHARE??!"
Certain others were fulfilling the funtion of Muses, and
sending their charges inspiration. It was almost certainly a
coincidence that they'd crafted the ideas in the shapes of darts.
"GOT HIM!"
"Five says you can't get her right between the eyes!"
"I'll take that bet... AAARGH!"
"You're really raking it in..."
Except for the ones who were just dropping the ideas onto
their responsibility's head.
POK. POK. POK.
"Having fun?"
"Yep."
"Why are you doing it like this?"
"It's fun watching her when she tries to write four things
at once while watching a video to research another one."
"You're cruel."
"I know."
POK. POK. POK.
They gathered in shows...
"I'll send him *this* for the next one! What do you think?"
"I think you've outdone yourself."
"I thought you'd take a break after your last series."
"You just want to get rid of the competition!"
And genres...
"Look, you can't *do* that. I sent the same idea to her."
"Comedy follows basic rules. Boy meets girl, boy loses girl,
boy encounters crazies while getting girl back."
"Times have changed!"
But it all comes down to one thing.
"YOUR responsibility wrote THIS?!"
It's all in the writing.
