Preamble.
Since on occasion I've noticed that there are some email accounts that are
no able to receive very large emails - I've provided a link to my website,
where the chapter mentioned above is stored. If people out there would
rather I still post an actual copy of Chapter 1 to the FFML, then send an
email (dojo@ihug.com.au) and I'll have one out - but the posting *would* be
a hefty 120 kb's.

Any criticisms are always appreciated - this is my first attempt at a
